Stay warm and motivated in mid winter.

I LOVE JANUARY


Yes I really do love the tranquil and cleanse after the chaos and noise of December.


Sometimes socials can seem pretty noisy in January so maybe set some boundaries for when you want to dip in, Do you really need to watch endless ads for supplements and LED face masks?


So switch off and curl up to watch that new Netflix or read that article or book..

The evenings are geting a bit later but we still have no light from 5 till 7 so think but how you want to divide your time...chores and workout can be done in dark hours with some planning.


Joining an online workout library gives you the freedom to log in when you want and save on parking and petrol and lots of time.


Remember if you have that mat rolled out if possible in a zen cosy corner with low lighting or candle and plant you are more likely to hop on the mat.

Have a blanket nearby for relaxation or meditation and set some boundaries around who else can use the space; pets included. Or you can set up a timetable for the rest of the family.


Having a small alarm clock enables you to switch of the phone and live in the moment of your free time or workout.


Keep warm and hyrdated and make colourful soups to fill and nourish. Next week lets talk about protein.
