What a fabulous start to March. The sun has been shining non-stop brilliant blue skies and very cold starry nights. Well deserved after such a long dreary winter.


We can take the energy from the Sun and put it into our workouts. Find a sunny space maybe with some plants and if you keep your mat rolled out ready to go it might inspire you to work out more. (Make sure you’re not going to trip over it.)


I have just posted a SPRING SCULPT 20 minute workout with weights to the website or app.

It’s an intermediate level workout to strengthen.


A great one for a busy day.


In my news, I have just received delivery of some bigger weights for the studio as I have decided it’s time to up my game in my personal weight training. Previously the largest weight I had was a 3 kg kettle bell don’t laugh and I have now got 3 kg hand weights and 6 kg statutory yellow. I will let you know how I get on.

I managed to break up February with a five day trip to Rome with my partner, which was incredible in every way the weather the history all the sites and even an hour listening to 3 tenors singing arias in a church. We managed to walk 40 miles in five days. Not to mention wonderful food people and Campari spritz
