Moving into February

Moving into February is always a bit of a delight.

Namely because the days are getting longer which means we have more energy to work on strength and stamina.

Don’t worry if you feel less strong than autumn because now is the time to slowly start building back your stamina and mobility.


We are starting with the core ; obliques. No need to fear an oblique exercise just build up slowly using your Pilates breathwork and pelvic floor. Those corsets are going to be on by mid February making us stand taller and relieve back niggles and get us strong to get back in the garden. Or back to contact sports cycling skiing tennis.
