
RECIPE: BERRY BANANZA
Ingredients:
One blender or Nutribullet
Handlful of frozen blueberries
One medium Banana
250ml Kefir ( Almond milk)
Water
I tbsp Maca Powder
I tbsp Marine Collagen
I tsp Honey ( local or wild)
1 tsp Chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and add water to correct consistency.
Enjoy the fruity sweet flavour packed full of vitamin C antioxidants and guaranteed to improve memeory and motor skills; energy levels and digestion and Vitamin B2 and iron and fibre.
