Millierose Pilates & Yoga is a unique Yoga & Pilates Studio based in Sussex and an online studio. Millie works extensively to correct posture, mobility and flexibility as well as balance and core stability. She is a trained Pilates teacher with many years experience teaching private clients in London, West Sussex and Hampshire. She is also a trained Yoga teacher and has practised both for 22 years. She likes to mix yogic stretches into her pilates and work with balance as well as small props. Millie also has a reformer machine in her Pilates studio.
Millie has been practising yoga and pilates for 23 years. She is a Certified instructor having trained 8 years ago with Stott Pilates, & completed APPI Reformer /Matwork and therapeutic yoga.
She completed 200 hours ashtanga & Hatha Yoga TT in the foothills of the Himalayas on the bank of the glacial Ganges.
The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, she strives to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
